I am a woman with a heart, and I have over 10 years of experience as a Business and IT Instructor. I have also served as a college dean for a year, giving me invaluable experience in leadership and administration. In addition, I have worked as an IT Helpdesk Team Lead for 8 years, providing technical support to clients and managing a team of IT professionals. I have also served as a Staff and Training Development Officer for 7 years, working closely with employees to develop their skills and improve their performance.

 

Aside from my professional experience, I am also a freelance e-book writer, a passion that I have pursued since 2014. I enjoy sharing my knowledge and expertise through writing and helping others to learn and grow in their respective fields.
